You can check the active player list for your district using the district Secretary's login:

● Open the Zeetius Web Application through the URL. Then the home page will be displayed.

● Click on "Secretary Login" and the Secretary Login popup window will be displayed.

● Enter the district Secretary's valid username and password. Then click on the Login button.

● Click on "Process" and click on "Active players" from the dropdown.

● You can see the complete list of Active players in your district (also you can search for players using search bar).

How to approve or reject a player's registration request by the district Secretary?
You can approve or reject a player's registration by State Secretary login by following the following steps:

● Open the Zeetius Web Application through the URL. Then the home page will be displayed.

● Click on "Secretary Login" and the Secretary Login popup window will be displayed.

● Enter the district Secretary's valid username and password. Then click on the Login button.

● Click on "Manage" and click on "Player Approval" from the dropdown.

● Choose the player from the list: also able to check payment status, player name and district of the player.

● Click on the selection box and also click on the save icon for approval.

● A new pop-up window will be displayed for confirmation. "Are you sure to approve this registration?" Click on Yes.

● A "Success" window will be displayed as "Payment Successfully Completed".Click on OK.

● Player will receive a confirmation email with his login credentials (member ID and temporary password).

● If you want to reject the player registration request, click on the Reject icon and also add the rejection reason as well and click on reject

● Player will receive a rejection email with the reason for the rejection.

How to approve or reject a player’s tournament entry request by the district Secretary?
You can approve or reject a player's tournament entry request by the District Secretary login by following the steps below:

● Open the Zeetius Web Application through the URL. Then the home page will be displayed.

● Click on "Secretary Login" and the Secretary Login popup window will be displayed.

● Enter the district Secretary's valid username and password. Then click on the Login button.

● Click on "Manage" and click on "Tournament Approval" from the dropdown.

● Choose the player from the list or use "Advance Filter" for searching ,check payment status and Click on the save icon for approval

● A new pop-up window will be displayed for confirmation. "Are you sure to approve this enrollment? Click on Yes."

● If the payment status is unpaid, it will ask for payment, and you have to complete the payment.

● A "Success" window will be displayed as Payment successfully completed. Click on OK."

● After approval, the player will receive a confirmation email.

● If you want to reject the request ,click on the reject icon.

● Also should add the rejection reason and click reject.

● Then Player will receive a rejection mail with the reason for the rejection.

How to approve or reject a player’s transfer request from district Secretary Login?
You can approve or reject a player's transfer request by the District Secretary login by following the steps below:

● Open the Zeetius Web Application through the URL. Then the home page will be displayed.

● Click on "Secretary Login" and the Secretary Login popup window will be displayed.

● Enter the district Secretary's valid username and password. Then click on the Login button.

● Click on "Manage" and click on "Transfer Approval" from the dropdown.

● Choose the player from the list and check status and Click on the save icon for approval.

● A "Success" window will be displayed as Player transfer request successfully approved. Click on “OK".

● After approval, the player will receive a confirmation email.

● If you want to reject the request, click on the reject icon.

● Also should add the rejection reason and click reject.

● Then Player will receive a rejection mail with the reason for the rejection.

How to check the player’s profile by the district Secretary login?
You can check the player's profile by the district Secretary login by following the steps below:

● Open the Zeetius Web Application through the URL. Then the home page will be displayed.

● Click on "Secretary Login" and the Secretary Login popup window will be displayed.

● Enter the district Secretary's valid username and password. Then click on the Login button.

● Click on "Manage" and click on "Player Profile" from the dropdown.

● Enter the player name on the “Player” search box. And click on view.

● Now you can see the player’s profile, also you can download or print that profile.

How to add a fine to a player by the district Secretary login?
You can add a fine to a player by the district Secretary login by following the steps below:

● Open the Zeetius Web Application through the URL. Then the home page will be displayed.

● Click on "Secretary Login" and the Secretary Login popup window will be displayed.

● Enter the district Secretary's valid username and password. Then click on the Login button.

● Click on "Fine" and click on "Fine Entry" from the dropdown.

● Select the player name on the “Player” search box.

● And add the requested details and click on save “icon”.

● A "Success" window will be displayed as “Fine entry added successfully”. Click on OK.

● Fine successfully added to a player.

How does the District Secretary reset his password?
You can reset your password by following the steps:

● Open the Zeetius Web Application through the URL. Then the home page will be displayed.

● Click on "Secretary Login" and the Secretary Login popup window will be displayed.

● Enter the district Secretary's valid username and password. Then click on the Login button.

● Click on the "Setup" drop down and click on "Password Reset".

● Enter your current password in the Old password.

● Now Enter your new password, confirm once more, and click "submit".

● Also, you will get your new password in your registered email.

● A new window will be displayed with "Success" as "Your password has been reset successfully. Click on OK".

● Your password has been successfully changed.

How to create a Tournament by District Secretary?
You can create a Tournament by District Secretary by following the steps (District Secretary can only create district level Tournaments):

● Open the Zeetius Web Application through the URL. Then the home page will be displayed.

● Click on "Secretary Login" and the Secretary Login popup window will be displayed.

● Enter the district Secretary's valid username and password. Then click on the Login button.

● Click on the "Setup" drop down and click on "Tournament Master".

● Enter all the requested details and also add all the Events which are required.

● Click on the “Save” icon.

How to edit a Tournament by the District Secretary?
You can edit a Tournament by District Secretary login by following the steps (District Secretary can only create district level Tournaments):

● Open the Zeetius Web Application through the URL. Then the home page will be displayed.

● Click on "Secretary Login" and the Secretary Login popup window will be displayed.

● Enter the district Secretary's valid username and password. Then click on the Login button.

● Click on the "Setup" drop down and click on "Tournament Master".

● Click on the “List” icon.

● Choose the tournament and click on “Edit” icon.

● Make the changes required and click on “Save icon”

How to create a Club by District Secretary?
You can create a Club by District Secretary by following the steps (District Secretary can only create district level Tournaments):

● Open the Zeetius Web Application through the URL. Then the home page will be displayed.

● Click on "Secretary Login" and the Secretary Login popup window will be displayed.

● Enter the district Secretary's valid username and password. Then click on the Login button.

● Click on the "Setup" drop down and click on "Club Master".

● Enter all the requested details and also add all the Events which are required.

● Click on the “Save” icon.

How to edit Club details by District Secretary?
You can edit a Club by District Secretary login by following the below steps:

You can register a player through the state Secretary login by following the steps:

● Open the Zeetius Web Application through the URL. Then the home page will be displayed.

● Click on "Secretary Login" and the Secretary Login popup window will be displayed.

● Enter the state Secretary's valid username and password. Then click on the Login button.

● Click on "Process" and click on "Player Registration" from the dropdown.

● Then a new player registration page will be displayed.

● Enter the player details and also upload the requested documents, then click on the Save button.

How does the state Secretary enroll a player for a tournament?
You can enroll a player for a tournament through the State Secretary login by following the following steps:

● Open the Zeetius Web Application through the URL. Then the home page will be displayed.

● Click on "Secretary Login" and the Secretary Login popup window will be displayed.

● Enter the state Secretary's valid username and password. Then click on the Login button.

● Click on "Process" and click on "Tournament Entry" from the dropdown.

● The tournament level page will be displayed; select the tournament level from the list.

● Then the tournament list will be displayed.

● Select the tournament from the list.

● Select the event type, the player gender, and the participating event category.

● Eligible players names will be listed on the "Players List".

● Select the player from the list. If it is a paired game, the partner player will be listed in a new popup page.

● Then select the partner player as well.

● Click on the Save icon.

● Click on the selection box. Then you can also click on the save icon for approval, or click on the reject icon to reject the request.

● A "Success" window will be displayed as Payment successfully completed. Click on OK".

How to approve or reject a player’s tournament entry request by the State Secretary?
You can approve or reject a player’s tournament entry request through the State Secretary's login by following the following steps:

● Open the Zeetius Web Application through the URL. Then the home page will be displayed.

● Click on "Secretary Login" and the Secretary Login popup window will be displayed.

● Enter the state Secretary's valid username and password. Then click on the Login button.

● Click on "Manage" and click on "Tournament Approval" from the dropdown.

● Choose the player from the list by using "Advance Filter" or searching by User, Tournament, Category, Category Type, Member ID, Player Name,    Partner Name, Gender, Status and also check payment status.

● Click on the save icon for approval, or click on the reject icon to reject the request.

● A new pop-up window will be displayed for confirmation. "Are you sure to approve this enrollment? Click on Yes."

● A "Success" window will be displayed as Payment successfully completed. Click on OK."

● After approval, the player will receive a confirmation email.

● If the State Secretary rejects the player, he will receive a rejection letter with the reason for rejection.

How does the state Secretary determine a player's enrollment status in a tournament?
You can check a player's enrollment status in a tournament with the state Secretary by following the following steps:

● Open the Zeetius Web Application through the URL. Then the home page will be displayed.

● Click on "Secretary Login" and the Secretary Login popup window will be displayed.

● Enter the state Secretary's valid username and password. Then click on the Login button.

● Click on "Manage" and click on "Enrollment Status" from the dropdown.

● Click on the "Select Tournament dropdown and select the tournament.

● You can check the payment status, find the enrollment status, and also withdraw players from the tournament.

● If the player is in withdrawal status, you can activate the entry by clicking on the "tick mark".

● A "Success" window will be displayed. Then click on OK."

How does the state Secretary check Transaction log status?
You can check Transaction log status with the state Secretary by following the following steps:

● Open the Zeetius Web Application through the URL. Then the home page will be displayed.

● Click on "Secretary Login" and the Secretary Login popup window will be displayed.

● Open the Zeetius Web Application through the URL. Then the home page will be displayed.

● Click on "Secretary Login" and the Secretary Login popup window will be displayed.

● Enter the state Secretary's valid username and password. Then click on the Login button.

● Click on "Manage" and click on "BWF ID Request Approval" from the dropdown.

● Choose the player request from the list, click on the selection box, and click on the "save" icon (only open status requests can be approved)

● A "Success" window will be displayed as “Player BWF ID request successfully approved”. Click on OK."

● After approval, the player will receive a confirmation mail.

● If you want to reject the request, click on the reject icon.

● Also should add the rejection reason and click reject.

● Then Player will receive a rejection mail with the reason for the rejection

● Enter Fine type and Amount and click on save “icon”

● Make the changes required and click on the “Save” icon. A "Success" window will be displayed . Click on OK

How does a State Secretary change his password?
You can change your password by following the steps:

● Open the Zeetius Web Application through the URL. Then the home page will be displayed.

● Click on "Secretary Login" and the Secretary Login popup window will be displayed.

● Enter the state Secretary's valid username and password. Then click on the Login button.

● Click on the "Setup" drop-down and click on "Password Reset".

● Enter your current password in the “Old password”.

● Now Enter your new password, re-enter for confirmation , and click submit".

● Also, you will get your new password in your registered email.

● A new window will be displayed with "Success" as "Your password has been reset successfully. Click on OK."

● Now your password has been successfully changed.

How to Create an Official?
You can Create an Official by following the steps:

● Open the Zeetius Web Application through the URL. Then the home page will be displayed.

● Click on "Secretary Login" and the Secretary Login popup window will be displayed.

● Enter the state Secretary's valid username and password. Then click on the Login button.

● Click on the “TOC” drop-down and click on "TO Setup".

● Enter all the requested details.

● Click on the “Save” icon. A "Success" window will be displayed . Click on OK

How to add an Official into a tournament?
You can add an Official into a tournament by following the steps:

● Open the Zeetius Web Application through the URL. Then the home page will be displayed.

● Click on "Secretary Login" and the Secretary Login popup window will be displayed.

● Enter the state Secretary's valid username and password. Then click on the Login button.

● Click on the “TOC” drop-down and click on "TO Nomination".

● Enter all the requested Tournament details.

● Select Official type and select official by clicking on Selection box

● Click on the “Save” icon.

● A "Success" window will be displayed .

● Click on OK (Officials will get a request in their registered email).

How to approve or reject Official enrollment by the State Secretary?
You can add an Official into a tournament by following the steps:

● Open the Zeetius Web Application through the URL. Then the home page will be displayed.

● Click on "Secretary Login" and the Secretary Login popup window will be displayed.

● Enter the state Secretary's valid username and password. Then click on the Login button.

● Click on the “TOC” drop-down and click on "TO Acceptance".

● Choose the officials from the list.

● click on “save” icon.

● A new pop-up window will be displayed for confirmation. "Are you sure to approve these nominations? Click on Yes."

● A "Success" window will be displayed as “Selected umpire nomination successfully approved”. Click on OK."

● If you want to reject the request, click on the reject icon.

● Also should add the rejection reason and click reject.

● Then Player will receive a rejection mail with the reason for the rejection.

How do I register a player by myself on the home page?
You can complete a player registration yourself by following steps:

● Open the Zeetius Web Application through the URL. Then the home page will be displayed.

● Click on "Players" and click on "Player Registration" from the menu. Then a new player registration page will be displayed.

● Enter your valid details, upload the requested documents, and click on the “Register”.

● Wait for approval from the District and State secretary.

● After approval, players will receive a confirmation email with login credentials (member ID and temporary password).

● If the district or state secretary rejects the player, the player will receive a rejection email with the reason for the rejection.

How do I enroll in a tournament by player login?
You can enroll in a tournament yourself by following the steps:

● Open the Zeetius Web Application through the URL. Then the home page will be displayed.

● Click on "Player Login" then the Player Login popup window will be displayed. Enter your valid username and password.

● Then click on the "SignIn".

● Click on "Process" and click on "Tournament Entry" from the menu.

● The tournament Entry page will be displayed; select the tournament level from the dropdown, then select the tournament from the dropdown.

● Eligible events will be listed on the "Event List”. Select the event from the list.

● If it is a paired game, the partner player will be listed in a new popup page. Then select the partner player as well.

● Click on “Save”.

● Wait for approval from the District or State Secretary. After approval, you will receive a confirmation email.

● If the District or State Secretary rejects your request, you will receive a rejection email with the reason for the rejection.

How can the state secretary check a player's pending payment reports ?

● Then click on the "Login".

● Click on the "TOC" menu and click on "TO Nomination".

● Enter all the requested tournament details.

● Select official type and select official by clicking on the checkbox.

● Click on the "Save" icon.

● A "Success" window will be displayed. Click on “OK” (Tournament officials will get a nomination request in their registered email).

How to approve or reject a tournament official nomination by the state secretary?

● Open the Zeetius Web Application through the URL. Then the home page will be displayed.

● Click on "Secretary Login", then the Secretary Login popup window will be displayed. Enter the state secretary's valid username and password.

● Then click on the "Login".

● Click on the "TOC" menu and click on "TO Acceptance".

● Choose the officials from the list.

● Click on the "Save" icon.

● A new pop-up window will be displayed for confirmation. “Are you sure to approve these nominations?” Click on “Yes".

● A "Success" window will be displayed as "Selected umpire nomination successfully approved". Click on “OK”.
