Yoga on Zeetius
Zeetius helps yogasana federations, event organisers and yoga academies run the work around the practice: entries and age categories for competitions, schedules and results, certificates for every participant, and batches, attendance and fees for academies and studios. Tell us how your events are judged, and we will show you how they fit.

Competitive yogasana
Competitive yogasana turns a personal practice into an event with entries, categories and results. Athletes perform asanas before a panel of judges, and competitions usually separate events by age group and gender, with individual events running alongside pair and group events.
Event lists differ between federations and levels. Many competitions include a traditional event, in which athletes perform a set of prescribed and chosen asanas, and artistic events performed individually, in pairs or in groups. On Zeetius each one is its own event, with its own entries and eligibility rules, so the programme matches the one your federation publishes.
Zeetius Tournaments includes yogasana among the sports it supports. An organiser creates the championship, adds each event and age category, sets entry fees and eligibility, and opens entries on a listing page that carries the organiser's own name and branding.
Entries and schedules
Athletes, or the schools, academies and districts entering them, register and pay online against the championship listing. Pairs and groups are entered together, so the organiser knows exactly who is performing in each event before the schedule is drawn up.
A yogasana championship is scheduled around performances rather than matches. Each athlete, pair or group performs in turn before a judging panel, so the order of appearance, the time each event needs and the number of performance areas decide how long the day runs. Zeetius Tournaments schedules events across several areas at once and keeps the plan adjustable as the day goes on.
Judges and other technical officials are nominated and allocated to events in the same system, so panels and performance areas are planned together. A judge can be kept away from events involving athletes from their own academy or district, and replacement judges can be assigned if a panel member is unavailable on the day.
Results and certificates
Once the final standings for an event are known, results are published under the championship and certificates are generated in bulk for every participant, not only the medallists. Certificates carry the organiser's branding, which removes one of the slowest jobs at the end of a yoga championship.
For federations, results feed into rank lists prepared from real competition outcomes, and each athlete's history builds up across seasons, from district events to state and national championships. Selectors can see which athletes have competed in which events and age groups without assembling the record from paper result sheets.
Judges' marks are recorded and published as results, so athletes, coaches and parents see the final standings for each event once the panel has confirmed them. Judging methods vary between federations, so tell us your judging format and how your panel scores performances, and live scoring for your format can be discussed with our team.
Results are published under the championship for every event and age category, so a school or academy with athletes in several events can see all of its placings in one place. The same results feed the certificates, the federation's rank lists and each athlete's competition history, so a result confirmed on the day is recorded once and reused wherever it is needed.
Federations and associations
A yogasana federation registers athletes, academies and judges, sanctions events and keeps a calendar running from district level upwards. Zeetius Federation keeps one record for each member, with registration, renewals, membership cards and a complete competition history.
Each tier of the structure can have its own access: districts and affiliated academies work on their own members while the federation sees every member and every event. Membership fees and entries are paid online and recorded against the member, and email and SMS messages about renewals, entries and results go out automatically.
Judges and technical officials are accredited and nominated in the same system. Membership, participation and revenue reports give the federation office a clear picture of how the sport is growing across districts and age groups.
Academies and studios
Yoga academies and studios run batches by age, level and time of day, from children's classes to adult and therapeutic groups, often across more than one centre. Zeetius Academy holds each student's profile, batch and attendance, and teachers record attendance and assessments on the mobile app during the class.
Students and parents register and pay fees online, and the academy sees collections, teacher payroll and expense claims in the same system as its timetable. Parents see their own child's attendance, assessments and fees, and nothing else.
Academies that train students for competitive yogasana can run internal competitions and manage entries to external championships, so selection draws on the same records teachers keep every week. Zet AI inside Zeetius Academy answers questions about the academy's own attendance, assessment and fee data.
Multi-day events
State and national yogasana championships bring athletes, coaches, judges and volunteers to one venue for several days. Zeetius Connect accredits each participant online before they arrive, so badges are ready on arrival and access is set by role.
Accommodation, meals and transport are arranged and tracked for every accredited guest, and QR codes are scanned for entry, meals and coupons. Event spending is recorded as it happens and can be reconciled against each team and budget once the championship is over.
Large yoga events often bring whole school and academy contingents with their own coaches and managers. Because accreditation, hospitality and entries share the same participant records, the organiser can see at a glance who has arrived, where each contingent is staying and which events each athlete is entered in.
