Four stories from three continents. Zeetius Live scored 5,783 matches for the Saudi Badminton Federation and ran an international tournament in Lagos remotely; Zeetius Federation took two Kerala associations paperless. Every figure is in the text, and every quote is reproduced as published.

Four federations, documented end to end

Three badminton bodies and a table tennis association, in Saudi Arabia, Nigeria and India. Each study carries the numbers, the before and after, and the officer who signed it off.

Table Tennis Association of Kerala: 75% less manual effort

Zeetius Federation

Table tennis

Kerala, India

The Table Tennis Association of Kerala cut three-quarters of its manual work with Zeetius: entries, schedules, officials appointments and live results in one system.

  • 75%
    less human effort across operations
  • 1
system for entries, schedules and officials
  • Live

  • National
visibility, with more entrants, sponsors and coverage

What the four have in common

  1. The manual work goes, not the control

Each federation automated the clerical half of the job and kept every decision — selection, sanction, ranking, the official result — with the people elected to make it.

  2. It paid for itself

One association found close to ten million rupees of revenue it was not collecting; another found three-quarters of its staff effort. In Lagos the saving was a vendor team's flights, visas and hotels.

  3. It survived real seasons

None of these is a pilot. Saudi Arabia is 75 tournaments over three years; Kerala has run state and national championships through complete ranking cycles; Lagos was an international field, live in 72 hours.
