Introducing Zeetius Academy: Every Part of an Academy, on One Platform
Batches, attendance, fees, coach allocation, competition entries and athlete performance — run from one record instead of six disconnected systems.
A sports academy is a business, a school and a talent pipeline running simultaneously, usually administered from a phone by someone who would much rather be on court.
The typical academy we visit is running six systems: a WhatsApp group per batch, a register for attendance, a notebook or UPI history for fees, a coach's own memory for who is progressing, a separate scramble every time a tournament entry deadline arrives, and nothing at all for performance over time. Each works. None of them talk.
Zeetius Academy is our answer to that, and it launches today.
One athlete record, from trial session to podium
Everything hangs off a single athlete profile. Join the academy and you exist once — in the batch, on the attendance register, in the fee ledger, on the coach's plan, and on the entry list when a tournament comes round. Nothing is re-keyed, and nothing disagrees.
- Batch and schedule management — sessions, courts, coach allocation and capacity, with clashes surfaced before they happen rather than discovered at the door.
- Attendance — marked in seconds on a phone at courtside, aggregated into the trends that actually predict whether an athlete is about to drop out.
- Fees and renewals — who has paid, who is due, who has lapsed, without a reconciliation evening every month.
- Training plans — programmes assigned per athlete or per batch, adjusted as the athlete progresses.
- Performance tracking — results, benchmarks and progression held against the athlete over their whole time at the academy, not just this season.
- Competition management — entries submitted straight from the academy roster into tournaments running on the platform.
Written for the coach, not the administrator
The design constraint we set ourselves was that a coach should never have to open a laptop. Attendance, session notes, plan adjustments and entry submissions all work on a phone, standing up, between drills. If a feature only works sitting at a desk, it does not get used, and an academy system that is not used at the point of coaching is just another spreadsheet with a nicer font.
Why the data matters more than the admin
Saving administrative hours is the reason academies buy this. It is not the reason it is interesting.
The interesting part is that after a season, the academy has something it has never had before: a continuous, structured record of every athlete's attendance, training load, competition results and progression. That record answers questions that were previously matters of opinion. Which coaches' batches produce the biggest improvement? Which athletes are quietly disengaging three weeks before they quit? Does the athlete who trains five days a week actually outperform the one who trains three?
It is also the substrate that everything we are building next runs on. Performance analytics only work if there is a consistent history to analyse, and that history has to start being collected before anyone needs it.
Available now
Zeetius Academy is live across all supported sports, and works standalone or alongside Zeetius Tournaments and Zeetius Associations — an academy whose athletes compete in tournaments run on Zeetius gets results flowing back into athlete profiles automatically.
